At Btbworkshop, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet expectations, and we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. This page outlines everything you need to know before sending an item back.
When Is a Product Eligible for Return?
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following requirements:
- Unused and unworn, with no stains, odors, or visible wear.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Returned in the original packaging, such as polybags or branded boxes.
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
Items that arrive without required components or show signs of use may not be accepted.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Requests sent after this period cannot be processed.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please email us at support@btbworkshop.com with the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- Proof of purchase (screenshot or confirmation email)
- Reason for the return
- Photo or video of the item, especially if it’s damaged or defective
Our support team will respond within 72 hours with instructions created specifically for your case.
Return Shipping Responsibility
The responsibility for shipping depends on the situation:
- If the issue is on our end—damaged item, wrong size, incorrect product, or manufacturing defect—Btbworkshop will cover the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, the customer covers the return shipping fee.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
We strongly recommend choosing a trackable shipping service to prevent loss during return transit.
Exchange Options
We offer exchanges in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You were sent the wrong item or size
- There was a manufacturing or fulfillment error
If your case falls under these categories, contact us at support@btbworkshop.com. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Important Notes
- Returns or exchanges after 30 days are not accepted unless required by law.
- Items failing to meet our eligibility standards cannot be refunded.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
