How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after return approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not charge any additional restocking or refund fees.

Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process.
  2. Place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
