Cancel/Change Order Policy

At Btbworkshop, we understand that you may need to cancel or modify an order after placing it. This policy explains how we handle order cancellations and changes to ensure fairness and efficiency for all customers.
- Order Processing Timeline
Orders placed on https://btbworkshop.com are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery:
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday, may begin processing the same day.
- Once processing begins, changes may no longer be possible.
- Canceling an Order
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters processing.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Customers must contact us immediately with order details to request cancellation.
- Changing an Order
Order changes are subject to the same timing limitations as cancellations.
- Size or color adjustments
- Shipping address corrections
- Removing an item from an order
Changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered processing.
- How to Request a Cancel or Change
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Please include:
- Order number
- Full name used at checkout
- Clear description of the requested change or cancellation
- Orders That Cannot Be Changed or Canceled
The following orders cannot be changed or canceled:
- Orders that have already entered processing.
- Orders that have been shipped.
- Orders currently in transit with the carrier.
In these cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the order is delivered.
- Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Address changes can only be made before processing begins.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for cancellation.
- Returned packages due to address errors will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- No cancellation or processing fees are charged.
- Partially Shipped Orders
If an order contains multiple items and only part of the order has shipped:
- Unshipped items may be eligible for cancellation.
- Shipped items must follow the Return & Refund Policy.
- Policy Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse requests submitted after processing begins.
Repeated cancellation requests may be limited if abuse is suspected.
